TB  LYMPHADENITIS (CERVICAL)

The most common extra-thoracic manifestation of TB  is cervical  lymphadenitis. This presents as a patient visible neck mass, usually composed  of matted lymph nodes, not fixed to the  underlying tissues. Suppuration and spontaneous drainage of the lymph nodes may occur with the development of sinus,fever, weight loss fatigue, and malaise are usually absent or minimal.
